  • The winner will be contacted by CITC Events via citcevents@mancity.com on or around the 29th of the relevant month. If no response is received, a City in the Community Events representative will attempt to contact the winner again seven (7) days after the initial contact, using the details provided at entry.
  • The winner must claim the prize within fourteen (14) days of the first notification.
  • If the prize is not claimed within this period, it will be forfeited, and City in the Community, acting in accordance with Charity Commission guidance, reserves the right to award the prize to a reserve winner.

  • The prize consists of two (2) general admission tickets to the Manchester City vs Brentford match on Saturday 9th May, kick-off at 3:00pm. City in the Community (“CITC”) will confirm seating before matchday.
  • Tickets are issued in accordance with Manchester City Football Club Ticketing Terms and Conditions and Ground Regulations, available on the Club’s website. Tickets are for personal use only, are non-exchangeable, cannot be upgraded, and must not be resold or used by away supporters. The Club may refuse entry or remove any person deemed to be an away supporter in home areas.
  • No cash alternative is available. City in the Community is not responsible for any costs incurred in attending the match, including travel and accommodation.
  • Match details, including date or time may change due to broadcast, weather, or other circumstances. Tickets will remain valid for any rearranged fixture.
  • Entry is subject to compliance with stadium regulations and steward instructions.

  • The prize entitles one (1) child (aged 5–12) and one (1) adult (18+) to attend the Manchester City Team Photo Experience at the Manchester City vs Aston Villa fixture.
  • The Team Photo Experience includes:
  • Participation in Pitch Patrol alongside Club mascots Moonbeam and Moonchester.
  • Access to watch the team warm up from an exclusive pitch-side area.
  • A group photograph with the Manchester City team taken on the pitch shortly before kick-off.
  • One (1) digital and one (1) printed poster, delivered approximately fourteen (14) days following the experience.
  • Two (2) General Admission match tickets.
