• Claiming your prize:
• The winner will be contacted by City in the Community Events via citcevents@mancity.com on or around the 29th of the relevant month. If no response is received, a City in the Community Events representative will attempt to contact the winner again seven (7) days after the initial contact, using the details provided at entry.
• The winner must claim the prize within fourteen (14) days of the first notification.
• If the prize is not claimed within this period, it will be forfeited, and City in the
• Community, acting in accordance with Charity Commission guidance, reserves the right to award the prize to a reserve winner.
