• Tickets are issued in accordance with Manchester City Football Club Ticketing Terms and Conditions and Ground Regulations, available on the Club’s website. Tickets are for personal use only, are non-exchangeable, cannot be upgraded, and must not be resold or used by away supporters. The Club may refuse entry or remove any person deemed to be an away supporter in home areas.
• No cash alternative is available. CITC is not responsible for any costs incurred in attending the match, including travel and accommodation.
• Match details, including date or time may change due to broadcast, weather, or other circumstances. Tickets will remain valid for any rearranged fixture.
• Entry is subject to compliance with stadium regulations and steward instructions.
• Claiming your prize:
• The winner will be contacted by CITC Events via citcevents@mancity.com on or around the 29th of the relevant month. If no response is received, a CITC Events representative will attempt to contact the winner again seven (7) days after the initial contact, using the details provided at entry.
• The winner must claim the prize within fourteen (14) days of the first notification.
• If the prize is not claimed within this period, it will be forfeited, and CITC, acting in accordance with Charity Commission guidance, reserves the right to award the prize to a reserve winner.
• Match tickets will be issued by Manchester City Football Club and sent to the winner by CITC Events via citcevents@mancity.com, or by a CITC representative, to the winner’s valid email address.
• It is the responsibility of entrants to ensure that the contact details provided at the time of entry are accurate and up to date. CITC accepts no responsibility for any inability to reach a winner, including but not limited to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated contact details.

Terms & Conditions:

• The winner is entitled to two (2) exclusive places at a Manchester City Women’s Training Experience.
• The prize (“Watch Team Training”) is valid exclusively during the 2025/26 season. The experience must be taken within this season and cannot be deferred to any other season.
• The prize provides behind-the-scenes access to observe the Manchester City Women’s First Team training at the City Football Academy.
• Interaction with First Team Players and/or the Manchester City Women’s Manager is not guaranteed and remains entirely at the discretion of Manchester City Football Club.
• The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable. No cash alternative will be offered.
