8. The prize will be supplied with a Certificate of Authenticity issued by City in the Community (�CITC�).

10. Claiming your prize
a. The winner will be contacted by City in the Community Events via citcevents@mancity.com on or around the 29th of the relevant month. If no response is received, a City in the Community Events representative will attempt to contact the winner again seven (7) days after the initial contact, using the details provided at entry.
b. The winner must claim the prize within fourteen (14) days of the first notification.
c. If the prize is not claimed within this period, it will be forfeited, and City in the Community, acting in accordance with Charity Commission guidance, reserves the right to award the prize to a reserve winner.
11. The prize will be delivered to the winner�s nominated address. For UK deliveries, a tracking number will be provided. For international deliveries, a tracking number may not be available
