PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS SITE

These terms and conditions apply to Host Draws and Subscriptions for Host Draw.

Host Draws and Subscriptions for Host Draws are operated by RYG in association MANCHESTER CITY F.C CITC FOUNDATION TRADING COMPANY LIMITED pursuant to a Charitable Donation Programme.

If you use the Website and/or Host’s Landing Page You confirm that:

• (a) You have read and accept the Website Use Terms; and
• (b) You have read and accept the Acceptable Use Policy.

If you enter into a Host Draw, or enter into a Subscription for Host Draws, You also confirm that:

• (a) You have read and accept the Draw Terms and Conditions, and agree to be bound by them;
• (b) You have read and understood the RYG Privacy Policy; and
• (c) You have read and understood the Host’s Privacy Policy.

If You enter a Host Draw and You are not a Subscriber, each such separate Host Draw constitutes a contract between RYG and You, comprising these Draw Terms and Conditions.

If You have a Subscription for Host Draws, the Subscription itself constitutes a contract between RYG and You as the Subscriber, comprising these Draw Terms and Conditions and which covers all Host Draws for which You are automatically entered into under that Subscription.

The Host and Nominated Charity is/are not a party to any such contract between You and RYG.

Payments Terms

Subscriptions

You can take out a Subscription with RYG which will entitle You to be automatically entered into each Host Prize Draw during the term of your Subscription. The Subscription options can be found at WWW.MANCITYPRIZEDRAW.ORG.

When you create your payment plan under a Subscription, your first payment will be taken immediately when you register. Each month after that your next monthly payment will be taken on the same day You signed up or the closest date prior to that.

For example, if you sign up on June 10th, your next payment will be taken on the following July 10th.

You can cancel your Subscription at any time in your account created via WWW.MANCITYPRIZEDRAW.ORG.

Host Draws without a Subscription

As an alternative to taking out a Subscription, You can simply make a payment to enter a particular Host Draw. The payment options can be found at WWW.MANCITYPRIZEDRAW.ORG under one off ticket selection.

Online accounts

It is the responsibility of the user to make sure that all signup details are accurate and true.

Host Draws

Additional Terms will be updated for each Host Draw, to display the details specific to the then current Host Draw.

Closing Date

The Closing Date to enter a Host draw will be on 23:59 on 27th day of each month.

Winner announcement

Winners will be chosen on 28th of each month.

Eligibility

Eligible entrants must be at least 18 years old to win a prize.

Methods of entry

• Paid Entry: Please see the Draw Terms for details.
• Free Postal Entry: No limit on the number of times you can enter for free.

Selection process

Winners (subject to eligibility) will be chosen via RYG’s independently certified random number generator.

Awarding prizes

Odds of winning depend on the number of entries an entrant has per host Draw.

For the avoidance of doubt, the Host and Nominated Charity have no liability under contract.
